This 45 year old male patient with lipodystrophy of the flanks, underwent Ultrasonic assisted Lipectomy as well as Suction assisted Lipectomy of his Flanks. A total of 350 cc of fat were removed from his left flank as well as 300 cc of fat from his right flank.
