This 22 year old male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy as well as partial mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat right breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). 50cc of fat removed from the right breast as well as 60 grams of breast tissue.
