This 22 year old male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy as well as partial mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). 50cc of fat removed from the right breast and 90cc from the left breast as well as 60 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 40 grams from the left.
