This male patient underwent revision gynecomastia surgery with suction assisted lipectomy (liposuction), as well as partial mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 50 cc of fat removed from the right breast and 50cc from the left breast, as well as 70 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 80 grams from the left.
