This 23 year old male underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 200 cc of fat removed from the right breast and 200 cc from the left breast, as well as 25 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 15 grams from the left.
