This 42 year old patient underwent bilateral removal of her breast implant with reattachment of her pectoralis muscle to the chest wall. She also had a full breast lift (Wise Mastopexy) with power assisted liposuction from her abdomen and flanks and fat transfer to the breast. The breast implants removed were Saline 240cc implants bilaterally. She had 160cc’s of fat transferred to the right breast and 135cc’s to the left breast.
