This patient underwent bilateral removal of her breast implant with total capsulectomies and reattachment of her pectoralis muscle to the chest wall through a peri-areolar approach. She had in her Left breast an Allergan 68HP 320cc saline implant and on the Right breasts an Allergan 68HP 320cc saline implant.
