This male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy as well as fat transposition flaps for revision Gynecomastia surgery done at another plastic surgeons office. A periareolar approach was used for the surgical incisions and a total of 150cc of fat removed from the right breast and 200cc from the left breast.
