This female patient with bilateral mammary hypertrophy and ptosis, underwent a central mound breast reduction/lift with a Wise pattern skin excision. A GalaFORM 3D surgical scaffold was used as an Internal Bra for support and the signature suspension procedure. The procedure utilizes the patient’s own breast tissue to gives upper pole fullness without the use of a breast implant. A total of 144 grams was removed from the right breast and a total of 179 grams was removed from the left breast.
