This 60-year-old patient underwent bilateral removal of her breast implant, capsulectomies for capsular contracture and ruptured left breast implant, with reattachment of her pectoralis muscle to the chest wall. She also had a full breast lift (Wise Mastopexy) with a small breast reduction. The breast implants removed were silicone 255cc implants bilaterally.
