This male patient was unhappy with his results after undergoing surgery at another surgeon’s office. He underwent revision gynecomastia surgery with Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction) of the abdomen and flanks and fat transfer to the chest by a periareolar approach to correct chest deformity and scar formation. A total of 30 cc of fat were transferred to the right chest and 42cc to the left chest.
