This male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 450 cc of fat removed from the right breast and 450 cc from the left breast, as well as 16 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 13 grams from the left.
