This 20 year old male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy with Ultrasonic Assisted Lipectomy as well as partial mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat right breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). The patient had a total of 180cc of fat and breast tissue removed from the right breast by Liposuction Assisted Lipectomy as well as 105 grams of breast tissue by open approach (Partial Mastectomy).
