This male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 150 cc of fat was removed from the right breast and 150 cc from the left breast, as well as 30 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 20 grams from the left. This weight loss patient had skin laxity that was treated with Renuvion J plasma to help in skin contraction post-surgery.
