This male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a peri areolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 250 cc of fat was removed from the right breast and 250 cc from the left breast, as well as 18 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 13 grams from the left.
