This male patient underwent a breast reduction with a breast lift. Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) were performed to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 40 cc of fat removed from the right breast and 40 cc from the left breast, as well as 170 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 155 grams from the left.
